We want your closing to be an amazing experience. To ensure it’s not delayed, there are a few things you should be prepared to bring to our office for closing. Each signing party will need to bring in a government issued ID, and we always advise to have a second form of identification. (A credit card or Social Security card will work.)

If you’re the seller, don’t forget the keys and garage door openers to give to the buyers, and buyers should bring copies of the homeowner’s insurance policy. All certified funds to be exchanged at the closing table should be made payable to “Dearborn Title.”
